Nochi Privacy Policy

Information we use

Google or email sign-in provides your account identifier, email address, sign-in provider and verification status. Optional profile details include your display name, country and interests. We assign a permanent seven-digit member ID for your profile and authorized support and administration. We store saved stories, likes, comments, viewing progress, check-in rewards, coin balances and purchase records to deliver these features. Comments and their display names are visible to other viewers. Passwords are processed by Firebase Authentication; Nochi does not store your password.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, videos and account data. Google Firebase handles authentication and optional Android episode notifications. Google Play processes Android purchases and sends purchase status updates for verification and account syncing. Nochi receives purchase identifiers and status, not your full payment-card details. These providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence.

Advertising and payments

Watch & Earn lets signed-in Android viewers request optional contextual rewarded ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), with Unity Ad Quality for ad performance and quality monitoring. Ad availability depends on the ad network. Stripe purchases remain disabled. When you choose to continue with ads, Unity LevelPlay and participating ad networks receive device and app identifiers and information, IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, app performance diagnostics and ad interactions to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Nochi requests non-personalized ads, opts out of behavioral advertising, and removes Android advertising-ID permissions. Ad initialization starts only after you choose to continue with contextual ads; watching is optional. You can review the ad privacy notice in Profile. For reward verification, Nochi sends Unity LevelPlay an opaque identifier that stays stable for the verified SDK session. It is generated by Nochi for reward verification and is not your email address or sign-in credential. Nochi retains confirmed signed reward receipts, receipt dates and ledger records to credit coins once, enforce daily limits and prevent abuse. Your Nochi password, sign-in token and email address are not sent to Unity for ad rewards. We do not sell your personal information.

Episode notifications

When you allow phone notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging uses an app installation identifier and registration information to deliver announcements about newly published episodes. Notifications contain public series details and do not contain your password, purchase tokens or account email. You can change notification permission in Android Settings from Nochi’s Notifications screen. In-app episode updates remain available without enabling phone notifications. Nochi does not store device push tokens in its account database.

Age eligibility

Account creation is intended for ages 13 and older. The signup check records an age-eligibility attestation, not a date of birth or independent age verification. A store content rating is separate from account eligibility.

Deletion and retention

Use Profile → Account deletion where available, or email game@techcrow.org from your account email to request deletion. We verify ownership and fulfill requests within 30 days. Completed deletion removes the authentication identity and personal profile, saved items, viewing progress and comment text from active systems. Required transaction records may remain for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations; these are not usable to sign in. Deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it separately in Google Play.

A short-lived deleted-identity block may remain for up to 24 hours to prevent replay of an old sign-in token. Infrastructure logs may remain for up to seven days and recovery copies for up to 30 days. Recovery copies are restricted and must have deletion reapplied before restored data returns to use. Downloaded videos on other devices must be removed on those devices. Transaction retention is reviewed against the purpose and applicable obligations rather than used to keep unrelated personal content.

Your choices and security

You can edit optional profile details, remove saved items and comments, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Sessions use secure transport and access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security.
